Production start date: April 26, 2010
I found this official-looking PDF that says the Job 1 date for the US Ford Fiesta is April 26, 2010:

that sounds accurate since I heard "by the first week in May", so end of April looks ligit. I just wish I had an idea of what changes they are making since every spy picture I look at freaks me out.
