As far as I understand, all Fiesta's brought to America are Titanium trim level.
UK discontinued Ghia trim except for Mondeo and Galaxy MPV, but on mainland EU Ghia is still alive, but each countries trim level and included features vary. But Ghia and Titanium features are very similar, with seat textures and interior trim materials being the usual differences. As Powershift posted Ghia trim is more luxury/refined, and Titanium sporty/luxury.
